Proses pemulihan ini berlaku terutamanya ketika tidur nyenyak, apabila hormon pertumbuhan dilepaskan dan sintesis protein meningkat.<\/p>\n<p>Jika tidur tidak mencukupi, proses pemulihan menjadi lebih perlahan. Otot kekal letih lebih lama, masa reaksi menurun, dan kekuatan semasa latihan juga boleh berkurang.
