Otot mula mengendur, pernafasan menjadi lebih dalam, dan badan perlahan-lahan keluar daripada keadaan tegang. Ini sebahagiannya kerana sentuhan membantu mengurangkan hormon kortisol yang berkaitan dengan stres, sambil merangsang penghasilan hormon oksitosin yang dikaitkan dengan rasa tenang dan hubungan emosi.<\/p>\n<p>Massage adalah contoh bagaimana badan bertindak balas terhadap sentuhan.
