Dulu orang fikir gym hanya untuk yang nak badan sado atau nak transformation cepat. Tapi sekarang, especially Gen Z, ramai masuk gym bukan sebab nak six-pack. Mereka nak struktur. Nak rasa stabil. Nak ada rutin yang tetap dalam minggu yang sibuk dan kadang tak menentu.<\/p>\n<p>Masalahnya, ramai tunggu sampai rasa \u201cready\u201d. Rasa cukup fit dulu. Rasa cukup confident dulu. Rasa tahu semua mesin dulu. Hakikatnya, rasa bersedia tu tak datang sebelum kita mula. Orang buat incline walking, strength training yang perlahan dan terkawal, fokus pada tidur dan recovery. Bukan lagi tentang paksa badan sampai penat gila. Lebih kepada konsisten dan jaga badan untuk jangka panjang. Pendek kata, lebih matang.<\/p>\n<p>Kalau baru nak mula, tak perlu program yang complicated. Tiga pergerakan asas pun cukup. Satu push, satu pull, satu lower body. Tambah sepuluh minit berjalan atas treadmill kalau mahu. Tapi sebenarnya kebanyakan orang tengah fokus pada set masing-masing. Tak ada siapa yang perhati sangat pun. Bila kita datang beberapa kali, ruang tu jadi familiar. Badan lebih tenang. Pergerakan lebih yakin. Confidence tu datang perlahan, bukan secara tiba-tiba.<\/p>\n<p>Di KL atau JB, waktu peak hour memang boleh rasa intimidating. Motivasi datang dan pergi. Disiplin lebih sunyi. Ia cuma keputusan untuk datang gym setiap Selasa dan Khamis tanpa drama. Lama-lama, rutin tu jadi sebahagian daripada identiti kita. Bukan lagi sesuatu yang kita paksa diri buat.<\/p>\n<p>Jadi tak perlu tunggu sampai rasa bersedia. Datang dulu. Biasakan diri dulu.
