Itu tak salah. Tapi ada perbezaan antara bina saiz otot dan bina kekuatan sebenar.<\/p>\n<p>Hypertrophy merujuk kepada pembesaran saiz otot, biasanya melalui volume tinggi dan rasa \u201cpump\u201d. Kekuatan pula lebih kepada keupayaan sistem saraf mengaktifkan lebih banyak serat otot pada masa yang sama untuk menghasilkan daya. Bila kekuatan meningkat, pergerakan jadi lebih stabil, lebih terkawal, dan lebih efisien.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk beginner hingga intermediate, terlalu fokus pada isolation exercise seperti biceps curl atau leg extension sahaja boleh menyebabkan asas pergerakan jadi lemah. Badan manusia tidak bergerak secara terasing dalam kehidupan harian. Ia bergerak sebagai satu sistem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sebab itu compound movement penting.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Squat bukan sekadar latihan kaki. Ia melibatkan quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, otot core dan juga bahagian atas belakang untuk mengekalkan postur. Bila buat squat dengan teknik betul, kita ajar badan menghasilkan daya dari tanah ke atas. Otot-otot ini menyokong tulang belakang. Banyak masalah sakit belakang sebenarnya bukan sebab belakang lemah, tetapi sebab pinggul dan glutes tidak cukup kuat untuk berkongsi beban. Bila glutes kuat, tekanan pada lower back berkurang.<\/p>\n<p>Pull-up melatih latissimus dorsi, biceps, rear deltoids dan otot penstabil bahu. Dalam gaya hidup moden yang banyak duduk dan tunduk ke telefon, otot belakang atas menjadi sangat penting. Ini adalah sistem tenaga untuk letupan pendek, sekitar 0 hingga 10 saat. Latihan ini meningkatkan keupayaan badan menghasilkan daya secara pantas dan efisien. Lama-kelamaan, koordinasi neuromuskular bertambah baik, bermaksud lebih banyak serat otot diaktifkan serentak. Sebab itu ada orang nampak tidak terlalu besar, tetapi terasa padat dan stabil.<\/p>\n<p>Konsep penting dalam bina kekuatan ialah progressive overload. Badan hanya akan menyesuaikan diri jika ada peningkatan beban secara berperingkat. Ia boleh berlaku melalui tambah berat, perbaiki teknik, kawal tempo pergerakan atau tambah range of motion. Bukan tentang angkat paling berat secepat mungkin, tetapi tentang beri rangsangan yang konsisten tanpa cedera.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kekuatan yang dibina dengan cara ini akan dipindahkan ke kehidupan harian.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bawa dua beg barang dapur tanpa senget sebelah memerlukan core stabil dan grip kuat. Naik tangga tanpa sakit lutut memerlukan quadriceps dan glutes yang kuat. Kekuatan ubah cara kita bergerak.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk lelaki terutama umur 20 hingga 30-an, membina asas kekuatan dahulu lebih bijak daripada terus mengejar saiz. Bila asas pergerakan dan stabiliti sendi kukuh, hypertrophy akan datang secara semula jadi. Tetapi jika asas lemah, risiko kecederaan dan ketidakseimbangan lebih tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Latih untuk bergerak dengan baik. Latih untuk hasilkan daya. Latih supaya badan boleh menyokong kehidupan harian. Badan yang nampak baik itu bonus.
